Lunar Sightseeing
With binoculars, the Moon’s smooth gray and white surface transforms into detailed craters and mountain ridges. You’ll see undisturbed areas and impact scars, especially along the terminator line where shadows highlight features. For the best view, use binoculars with at least 7x magnification, though 10x or 15x will reveal more detail—just keep a tripod handy for stability.

Enjoy our beautiful outdoor living space and entertainment on the stone patio, under the large backyard pavilion, or from the covered front and back porches. An outdoor kitchen Come enjoy our Stone Fire Pit, a Spanish Fountain, and large ceramic bubbling fountain add to the ambience.

We do not allow events at our home and can only welcome the number of guest listed at the time of booking. We are very close to many venues of all types to include weddings and only a few minutes from downtown Dripping Springs. No parties, BBQs, or gatherings are allowed with outside visitors.

With this spacious home, the inviting living room with Smart TV giving you access to your own Cable, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Movies and Music. Don't forget your passwords to access your favorite shows and sports!

Extensive natural stone pathways, trails with sheltered seating areas, walls and raised planters showcasing native plantings abound.

This custom home builder’s personal home has many unique finishes and features including: custom cabinetry, artisan woodwork, stone accent walls and niches, and wood/stone/and scored concrete flooring. Ample windows provide natural light throughout the house and offer lovely views of the natural rock grottoes and landscaping outside. Two full bathrooms including one in the owners suite. The main bedroom has a King size bed, the two guest bedrooms have queen size beds. We then have an office with two large desk and two desk chairs.

The kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room and living room all open to each other creating a spacious, open architectural feel. The fully stocked High End Kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, built-in ice maker, refrigerator and island breakfast bar. In addition, there is a lovely outdoor kitchen and Pavillion to entertain family and friends. There is also many seating areas and outdoor firepit!

The living room is equipped with luxurious furnishing, built in surround sound and a high end flat screen UHD TV, and includes remote control MantelMount black out shutters which make for a true home theater experience. Don't forget your passwords to access your favorite shows and sports!

There is a separate laundry and a large attached two-car garage. The estate offers plenty of room.For your safety and security, we have installed cameras at the entrance and driveways.

With many local wedding venues this is a perfect home to stay in while attending a wedding.

Milton Reimers Ranch Park is close by and has Mountain Climbing, Hiking and Mountain Biking Trails. Swim in the Pedernales River! The hike from the parking lot to the river is approximately 0.25 miles down a steep grade.You can also explore the TX Skies at the Reimers Observatory is an astronomical observatory located inside Reimers Ranch Park.
