Room was more than adequate but around stove area was greasy and there were grains of cooked rice around the stove (i did not use) also top of plug in bathroom very dusty.

Staff was good, helpful and polite. The area was quiet, but a little bit far going downtown. Breakfast always the same and never change the menu everyday. Supplies in the bathroom was not enough, like shampoo & body wash.

The concierge made things quite difficult when I arrived. There was a cold acknowledgement of my arrival and instantly I was met with scepticism as to my belonging there. I was clearly judged on my appearance. He demanded my physical identification and when it was clear that I had none, he offered no other option but to deny accomodation. After a while he decided that a photo of my ID would suffice but by then I was already deflated. The room "looked" nice, but there were no robes, no slippers as promised in the offer. We had to cook our dinner in the oven because there was no frying pan. When we asked for one, they sent this up with an employee who told us not to use the oven because it's not good👀. When we asked why the range hood wasn't working he said that it only works when you use the job, not the oven. Next things there's a loud hum coming from the bathroom and when we enquired about that we were told that it only made a sound because we had the range hood on. Lies. That humming sounded all night and disturbed our sleep. Absolutely disappointed! Worst stay in a long while. And I've stayed in many different places!
