The staff were amazing, helpful and super kind. The rooms were not clean, I had a cockroach in my room above my bed whilst trying to sleep. And the parking is horrendous. I witnessed a lady almost roll her car back and crash it while trying to get it out of the very tight, steep underground parking.

Room was booked months in advance with early check in confirmed via email upon arriving was told room would not be ready till 12 and to call back then. When I called back I was told room would not be ready till after 3pm and there was no early check in requested. Reception was rude and not understanding at all. Extremely frustrating after a early international flight. The room it's self was in poor condition and was not like the pictures online. Dirty old carpet. No bedside tables Dirty air-conditioning filters and old stained and dirty couch. Definitely not a 4 star apartment Worst I have stayed in and I do alot of traveling. For the price I expect a much higher standard. Would not recommend staying here.

This stay was honestly very disappointing. While the staff were polite enough and the beds were clean, that’s about where the positives end. We arrived to find the apartment extremely stuffy and uncomfortable, especially for the start of summer. When I couldn’t find the air-conditioning remote, I went to reception and was told we had booked a room without air conditioning. What’s frustrating is that nowhere in the listing does it clearly state this. It also doesn’t say there is air conditioning, but in 2025, in a city apartment, it’s completely reasonable to assume basic heating and cooling are standard. Instead, we were told to make do with fans. To make things worse, one of the bedrooms had no windows at all, making the room feel claustrophobic and unpleasant, especially with no airflow. The pool, which was advertised and one of the reasons we booked, was another letdown. It was dirty, with cigarette butts, lolly wrappers, and debris floating in it. Definitely not something you’d feel comfortable letting kids swim in. We then tried to relax and watch something on the “smart” TV, only to discover it doesn’t connect to the internet, making it essentially useless. Overall, this felt like a property trading on its location rather than quality. The lack of clear information, poor ventilation, and poorly maintained facilities made the stay uncomfortable and not worth the price. Iwouldn’t stay again.

Olivia on reception was outstanding. There were issues with our pre-booked parking space being occupied and she sorted out efficiently and confidently. Great location for the hospital too. Room was a little shabby, carpet needs replacing, but overall great value for money and would recommend.
