We needed a place to stay for the night on short notice, and when we started to look there were few hotels with vacancies in and around Atlantic City. We just needed a place to get some sleep which this hotel was adequate. On the good side, the clerk called us to verify our arrival time. The lobby was locked up and front desk wasn’t manned, but the clerk was quick to respond for check in and later on to get ice which was located in the lobby. The wifi was excellent and the tv channel selection was great. The room itself was adequate for what we needed, but the photos on the website were either renovated rooms or selective photography. We had a non-smoking room, but you could definitely smell the residual smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Most of the amenities in the room were old. The mini fridge leaked water. The sink and bathtub had rust stains, and ran the water in the shower for about 30 seconds before it ran clear. I could not rate the pool because it was closed for the season and we had to leave before breakfast was available in the morning. The area where the hotel is located was far enough away from the road so that it is quiet, and there are a few fast food restaurants, gas station, and supermarket nearby.
