It was difficult to reach the front desk, staff of this property whenever need to contact them. Front desk staff upon checkout was unfriendly. This was not the experience of a Hilton property that I’ve come to expect.

Employees were very nice and courteous. But the room could have been cleaner. A good wipe down to doors, light switches, and lamps would have made a huge difference. Also, the floors were not well swept.

I was originally given a room that's the TV did not work. Though the original front desk mgr was extremely helpful it was extremely annoying to have to wait for someone to troubleshoot to eventually get moved to another room. Now that we're in this room the ONLY thing that works on this TV is Hulu, fine...Whatever. Two hours into us actually having a TV that works a black female with a baseball cap and T-shirt knocks on the door and rudely scolds me, "turn the TV down". I respond back "CAN I turn the TV down??" at that point I am asked to turn the TV down politely. I close the door and turn the TV down. 15 minutes later there are six police officers at my door telling me that the manager said I had to leave. I was kicked out of the hotel. Completely and told me unnecessary. Completely and totally disrespected because I wanted to be respected. I've never been treated this way in the hotel in any state. Disrespected by hotel staff that didn't identify themselves as nor did they wear any type of uniform with Company insignia would only make the situation worse, which it obviously did.

Loud. Runny eggs. 2 out of 3 juices were out. Pancake machine is weird and slow. Broken lamp with electrical shock hazard. Did tell me they charged for parking. Nice pool and outdoor seating areas. Pool table!!

Pretty nice

The room was nice a few scuffs here and there but overall clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Both the lobby and outdoor areas were kept neat and clean as well. Only problem is that you can hear people when they're being loud out in the hall.

first room had such a terrible smell I began to have chest congestion and there was an air quality machine running... ssecond room was a bit better but so much cleaning products all over the building I wonder what they were hiding. PLUS didn't feel safe.
