I loved the convenience and closeness to highways and restaurants! Rooms were clean and offered everything we needed! Beds were comfortable and water pressure was great! Let me start by saying this hotel and all accommodations were nice; it was clean, check in staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs. The reason for the poor review was due to the residents above us literally jumping and pounding on the floors until the early morning hours, it stopped one night at approximately 3 a.m and the next at approximate 1:00 am. We called the front desk multiple times both nights with no help from the hotel staff. You rent a hotel to sleep, which we got little of. For this reason alone I cannot recommend this hotel and unfortunately will not stay here again myself.

The stay was great but I am not happy why they added more charges to my card for what I don’t know. We didn’t ask for anything extra we didn’t damage anything. They said there would be a $50 hold put on the card then take from that the parking fee. Then an additional $30 was charged and it is going on a week and we haven’t got that back as of yet. I tried calling and they said that it will fall off eventually. This is the 2nd time we stayed there the first time they didn’t do this. It was a great stay just hate the aggravation of the holding the money thing. Workers during the stay was great.
