We don't need much from a vacation house. This house did a fine job for the week we stayed. I will say when someone is on the other side it can be a bit loud, but luckily there were only people there the first night and last night we stayed. Very close to the MARTA, but honestly we ended up driving every day because the traffic was very light. We would stay here again.

Family friendly neighborhood with parks nearby

Plenty of space for our family of five (3 kids ages 5-10), and felt like a safe and well-maintained house and neighborhood. Candler Park was just 3/4 mile away (easily walkable), and connected to a really nice urban bike/walk path, which I appreciated as a runner. I felt safe running around the neighborhood as a solo female runner, and also in the park. The house was simple, and had everything we needed.

The property is nice and in a conveniently located, quaint neighborhood. We had some hiccups during our stay - I was there for a working trip for almost a month so maybe things came up that wouldn't be noticed for a shorter vacation where one is out and about. There was low water pressure and a mouse in the kitchen - mouse got resolved but water in the master bath never fixed. Host was very communicative but some things could have been resolved more quickly but part of the stay was over holiday which may have complicated things. But overall, a solid property.
