The mini vacation was great. My wife and I did run into one problem. We arrived in Asheville around 7:00 PM on January 1st. We found the key cards in the lockbox and were able to get into the unit without any problem. The next morning, (Friday, January 2nd), I went out to get breakfast. When I got back, my key card didn't work at the gate. I walked into the Indigo Hotel, and the valet lifted the gate. I then learned that I could not use the key card to access the elevator. I found someone to help me get to the 11th floor, where my wife let me in the door. I called your office and was directed to the hotel desk for help with key cards. Turns out, both key cards were programmed to expire on January 1, 2026. The lady at the front desk programmed two new key cards and labeled their expiration dates. This will help your tenant in the year 2027. The only other issue was minor. The remote for the television would not work. There is a directional pad on the remote, and it won't let you click to go left. Again, this was minor. Thank you for hosting my wife and me. Overall, it was a great experience.
