The apartment is quietly located in a street parallel to the Lake of Annecy, 5 minutes walk from the Imperial beach and the shops of the Albigny district or the Parmelan district (Galeries Lafayettes).
The room is equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm (King Size).
The living room has a sofa bed 140x200 cm (Double) and a TV.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, high-speed WiFi
Linen will be provided for your stay.
The accommodation is on the 1st floor without elevator.
🅿️Two private parking spaces are included with the apartment reservation.
Important: the apartment is non-smoking.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move on foot throughout your stay.
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake)
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Most Pleasant Stay in Annecy
We found this apartment just perfect for us. It’s freshly renovated and nice and bright. Great amenities with well- furnished kitchen, comfortable bed in bedroom, and spacious and comfortable sofa bed for guests. The bathroom had everything we needed. It is close to the lake for walking, and a longer walk to Old Annecy where there are good restaurants and a grocery store. There is also a grocery store within walking distance of our apt. We appreciated the private parking for our rental car. We have one suggestion: a folder of information about the area, operating manuals for the appliances, location of remotes for windows.

Bon séjour
L'appartement est idéalement situé à 2 pas du lac et à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville. Il est clair, propre et bien agencé. De plus les 2 places de parking incluses dans la location sont très appréciables. Bref, si nous revenons à Annecy, nous savons où nous irons !
Et le service offert par la conciergerie est très professionnel.

Séjour agréable
Le logement est propre, lumineux, relativement bien équipé dans un quartier calme. La résidence date un peu et l’insonorisation entre les appartements n’est pas formidable. Il manque une climatisation ( le ventilateur n’est pas suffisant). La situation par rapport au lac est idéale.
