APPENNINS, Annecy Rent Lodge

This flat can accommodate 6 people, with two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room; it is located on the second floor and there is no lift.

The bedrooms each have a 160x190cm bed and the living room has a sofa bed. Air conditioning is available in the living room and one of the bedrooms. (The second bedroom does not have a window)
The flat is equipped with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, such as a Senseo coffee machine, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, etc.
The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.
The main bathroom has a bath.

Linen will be provided for your stay, including sheets, towels and kitchen tea towels.

You can enjoy the nearby bars and restaurants after a lovely day by the lake or in the mountains; you can get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 2-minute walk away. Bike hire is available nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way round the lake).


The flat is located on a pedestrianised street. Parking is available in the neighbouring streets (pay-and-display during the day but free in the evening) or in the secure, pay-and-display underground car park at the Town Hall directly opposite (approximately €11 for 24 hours).

Check-in is available daily from 4 pm to 10 pm; you can check in independently using a key box. Instructions will be sent to you by email the day before your stay.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4 pm. We’ll only be able to confirm this on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation isn’t being taken over that same evening.
On the morning of your departure, please remember to put clean crockery back in the cupboards, leave your bed linen and towels on the floor, and empty your bins in the storage room under the stairs by the main entrance.

Great location and clean but some things to be aware of…

Apartment would be nice for 2 people or maybe 4 people that don’t mind sharing a small space but I think 6 would be very hard due to sharing a single, very small WC. Location is very good and apartment was clean, but some things you should know: -There is only one WC. This is not clear on the website -AC units are in one bedroom and main room but not the second room and the window does not open in that room so the room stays warm given there is also a shower in there.

Appartement très sale, mal chauffé, inadapté pour 5 personnes car manque de tout, appareils ménagers et aspirateur ne fonctionnent pas, fenêtres vétustes, canapé-lit taché de partout et très sale alors qu’on nous a changé la réservation 2 semaines avant notre arrivée prétendant que le canapé-lit était cassé. À déconseiller absolument. Jamais eu de problème avec la Conciergerie du Lac les années précédentes avant cet épisode inadmissible. À éviter absolument!!!
