The apartment is quietly located in the residential centre of Annecy, a 5-minute walk from the Courrier shopping centre and a 10-minute walk from the lake.
The room is equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm (King Size). The living room opens onto two balconies of which 1 communicates with the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with high speed WiFi Linen will be provided for your stay.
The accommodation is located on the 1st floor with elevator.
🅿️A private parking space is included with the apartment reservation. Important: the apartment is non-smoking. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move on foot throughout your stay. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake)
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Nice place, fairly centrally located. Check-in process wasn’t smooth and it was hard to find. Once we got in it was fine except the only coffee maker was some sort of Nespresso type of machine that required pods and there were no pods. We tried to buy some but they didn’t seem to work in the machine.
