The check in process was flawless. We arrived much later than planned and the young lady at the desk was extremely nice. She even recommended a good place to eat which was really good. The only downside was when we got to our room the carpeting was soaked on front of the fridge. As we were exhausted wr did not want to change rooms. We told the girl at the desk and she ssid she would report iy nut to our knowledge the problem was never addressed. When we checked out the carpeting was not quite as wet but there definitely was a problem. We were given a handicapped room which was wonderful as I am handicapped but never thought to ask for such a room.

During this trip I stayed at 2 different Hilton Garden Inns. At both I found myself sleeping on a mattress one would expect to find while camping or in the military. Surprisingly thin and hard.
