I’ve stayed at Hilton Garden Inns in many states. This is the first time I was disappointed. When we arrived for our reservation, the staff at the counter seemed annoyed and would not look at us. We checked in and went to our room which seemed nice on the surface but the chair in the living room had a large stain on the seat that appeared to be urine. The shower head was detached from the wall and so was the spigot so we could not get the water to turn off completely. The final straw was the mattress. It was so bad that we cut our trip short and drove home to Ohio so we didn’t have to go through another night in that bed. I really like the Hilton brand but this property has a lot of room for improvement.

Clean and comfortable! I appreciated the grab bars in the bathroom. It would have been nice if there was some literature in the room re: time of breakfast. We missed the breakfast. And it would be nice if coffee was available around the clock in a coffee butler for the guests. All in all, the stay was a wonderful experience.
