"Clean room with beach view(4th floor, 2 units away). Coffee and cold water in lobby 24 hours. Microwave and decent little fridge w small freezer that worked . Quiet, and great beach location being the last hotel on the boardwalk. See you. Not too far from all the things on the main Street, but you're away from the crowds that the main Street attracts"

"This was by far our favorite place to stay! It was clean and the hard wood-laminate flooring in the rooms is a plus. The breakfast was great! They had a good variety such as breakfast sandwiches, cereal, bagels, bananas, apples, oatmeal, and more. They provide full sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash mounted to the shower wall, and hand soap mounted beside the sink. The hotel is just a block from the beach and the beach access at 139th Street is handicapped accessible (to a point). The hotel offers a shuttle to the beach as well. We would certainly stay there again!"

"Our stay was great! The bay view room has a great view, it was clean, and served its purpose. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Best part is that it’s located within walking distance to the beach, delicious restaurants, and the Bottle and Cork. My only complaint is the mattress seemed to be nearing the end of its life. We are already planning to stay in town again and will definitely stay here when we do."

"Awesome location - rooms were clean upon check in. Loved the coffee shop being right there and being so close to the beach and the bay. Trolly stop right at front door to take trips to Rehoboth. Staff was super friendly. It was a dog friendly motel- but no signs outside of dogs- well kept- no dogs barking at night. The rooftop seating was nice in the evenings to relax and listen to the music at nearby bars. We stayed four nights- only complaint was we never were provided clean towels or toilet paper and the trash was never cleaned from our room. I had to find someone working to provide these items for us. The room was never checked on our entire stay. Other than that - we loved our stay and will return."
