When we arrived, our room REEKED of smoke/weed. I asked for Lysol, but even when they cleaned the room, the smell remained. It was really noisy, even late at night, all night and we didn’t sleep well because of it. A lot of the noise was the staff. You can also hear the other rooms and the people above you bc the walls are so thin. The staff called me multiple times to ask what my name was and what guest was staying in the room I was in, saying they kept losing the names and who was assigned to what room. A few times they called me after 11pm to ask me that. Also the Wi-Fi kept going out. Some days even though we were gone the whole day, they didn’t clean our room. The fire alarm went off at some point. They put really loud fans in the middle of the hall at night and the staff slammed doors. I would not recommend.

I am very sorry about everything that day you all checked in our system was down so we had to do what we could to get everyone checked in and with your room we just had a little mix up of who was in it since they had listed 2 names and that was our bad so I'm sorry they kept calling. The noise again it has been very very busy and i know you all are near the side door so at times there is a lot of foot traffic. so again i am so sorry for your stay i know the staff could have done a much better job with the situations and the issues and i will have a talk with them

Checkin was easy and my room was clean. Clean sheet’s for sure! Hotel was clean for the amount of people staying for the holiday. What I didn’t like was having to go downstairs three times because my room key was not working. Also down to one elevator and seemed it was also breaking down. I also didn’t sleep as the people next door kept in laughing from 3:30 am - 5am. Called front desk but it seemed like they didn’t care. It was slamming door doors, laughing, and loud music at 4am. It sound like those people were next to us laughing. That’s how close the sound traveled.

Close enough to walk to the beach. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. If looking for a quiet hotel, you may want to reconsider. We were woken by hotel doors slamming shut repeatedly on Saturday night. Planning to try to take a peaceful break or let your children take a midday nap because of all the interruptions overnight? Don't count on doing that in your hotel room here. Cleaning crews were worse about slamming doors and making noise in the hallways than the guests.

I am sorry for the noise ill make sure to talk to the malignance and the cleaning staff to try and get the nose down and see what they can do with the doors so they don't close as hard.
