My only disappointment was to find that when we went down for coffee and continental breakfast just after 10 AM that I had closed up. I would’ve thought it would be opened until 11 AM, but otherwise our stay was very good.

The first night we got there we were notified that the power would be out from 11pm-7am the next day. We were given no heads up no warning. They were happy to send texts and emails leading up to the trip but not a word about the power outage. They never not once came to our room in the 6 days we were there to offer to clean up or change linens. We were never brought fresh towels and had to go to the desk to get towels. And they didn’t have them half the time. The water was brown. When we checked in the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all almost empty and had to go to the front desk for that. They were actively painting the lobby and front desk area…it just overall was not a space where we could relax or be comfortable. The breakfast area was always a sauna it just overall wasn’t a great experience and wasn’t worth the nearly $1,100 we spent to stay here.

Basic breakfast included. Nothing fancy but works. No room service. No cleaning while you stay even though we requested according to their guidelines. The maintenance isn’t great our shower wall had multiple cracks and nasty graffiti my kids had to see in the room! I alerted the staff immediately but nothing was done. Beds are not comfortable. The staff is friendly.

location is great..staff also great and efficient.. pool is wonderful..we had hot days so kids loved the pool. beds and pillow comfortable and clean as is the bathroom. would definitely stay again breakfast not good.. powdered eggs and sausage same every day.. waffles good and coffee good. yogurt good hallway rugs very dirty and stained..needs real deep cleaning. other options of snack foods would be great..
