"Arrived late and left early. Hotel was nice. Big problem I had was that they charged you $ 12.00 for parking in their lot. Really? In Roswell, NM? What a money grab. I won’t be back."

"When we checked in , the staff was asked about the pool and spa, I was informed it had had a problem and was not available at the time, but should be available in about an hour. It never became avai;able and no explanation was givien as why it was closed. the staf made no effort to help or even acted as if they cared. . when we got to our room several lamps would not light due to the fact there were no bulbs in the, got ready to take a shower and the tub was filthy, some towels looked like they had been used previously, I will never attempt to stay at a Clarion again."

"Great place to stay. Reception was fantastic, owner/manager was very pleasant and the desk agent couldn't be any nicer! Only drawback was the pillows, being on the smallest than normal size. Would definitely rebook here next time I'm out this way."
