Horrible run down and dirty

I really didn’t want to write this but the thought other person staying in the room is horrible. We were told we could have an accessible room. They do not have any. My son is in a wheelchair. No way could he get into the bathroom and barely the room. I am very familiar with la Quinta hotels. A very good friend of mine managed one in Texas. This property is no way up to par for anyone. I am familiar with your company. My husband was also in the hotel business for Hilton. We had 2 rooms. The first one had not been vacuumed for I’m not sure how long. A dog had been in the room before us. We told the nigh person. She said she would be sure it’s done in the morning. I had her give me a vacuum and we filled the vacuum. In my room there was so much mold intje bathroom and rust all over the bathroom door the sink was so rusted it was peeling off. Real safe for tetanus. I guess your company never do checks on your properties. I know you have a lot but I thought that was what a district manager was for. The seating in the lobby was stained and dead flys everywhere. The restaurant was okay I think but I wasn’t very comfortable eating. I should have checked out immediately but one of my friends was ill. I have a ton of pictures for you. If you give me an email I’ll forward them to you. I hope your other properties are in better shape. The thought of staying at la Quinta or any of your properties is awful.

Room was non smoking but it smelled like and ash tray. Parking was very minimal. Front desk did not explain check out times, breakfast times, or pool times. Did not smile. Didnt feel welcome.

I liked that the property was close enough for anything you needed or get to easily. I didn't like was the dogs in the room and barking alot. Needs to be a better selection of breakfast food items. We pay enough as guest why must we subject to additional room charge, new reservation, weekend increase more shade for your car. The Do Not Distrube card needs to be able to stay on the door. The desk receptionists that I had the pleasure to enter act with were absolutly the great. I give a shout out to this group."team togetherness" job well done. Thanks Again for astay well done.

We got in late. Check in was easy. We were in town for a flag football tournament and had a handful of teammates and their families stay. My family had a decent room, but some of our teammates had terrible rooms and ended up leaving
