Good hotel for a family trip

The hotel was a nice facility with good complimentary breakfast and coffee. The indoor pool was nice but it isn’t heated so it was freezing. We needed room towels and pool towels during our stay and were told there were no towels clean in the entire hotel and to check back later. The hotel does room cleaning every other day. The girl at the front desk during the night shift is incredibly rude and unprofessional but the guy during the day is polite and helpful.

Great hotel in Artesia

Nice hotel. We booked at the last minute on a road trip. We were welcomed warmly. Comfortable bed. I especially loved the soft towels, better than another Hampton on an earlier stay. Pets accepted. Though we didn’t have one, we saw a kitty in a window when we left. Nice breakfast, too.
