this was a nice moderate hotel. The staff was lovely on check in and the room clean. The area is quite rough. Oil and Natural Gas odors fill the air and the other hotel clientele were roughnecks. We stayed on our way to Carlsbad. Nice eats at Adobe Rose. A bit noisy at night in the hotel. Glad I brought my white noise machine.

This is a very nice motel. The facility and the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Everything was good. The only small complaint I have is the shower floor didn't look too clean. It needs to be scrubbed really good. A little elbow grease would get it clean.

Artesia is the nicest small town in the area, Plenty of fast food and counter service food options within a few minutes drive. There is also a newer, nice Walmart close by. This is one of the better hotels in the area. Could use a few updates, but over all a nice stay and it is quiet!

Nice hotel, great staff.

Came out here for a quick business trip. The cleaning staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I worked out of my room for a day, so having the desk positioned RIGHT NEXT to the AC was not very pleasant as the air was directly blasting my side, but im sure in hotter months it would feel quite good. The fitness room could be a little better. There was a good selection of equipment compared to other hotels. However there was no disinfectant available and they did not offer any water at all. With all that said, it was a lovely stay!

Staff was never around when needed. The rooms were nice, however housekeeping barely swept the room and if they did it was a poor job. Breakfast was almost always the same thing every day.
