It's almost like a Twilight Zone scene of how this hotel is Literally lined up back to back on the same street with 4 other hotels. AT 3PM when I tried to check in on 11/19/2021, the front desk girl was RUDE(No greeting, no smile, no hospitality, no respect), INCONSIDERATE, HAD THE WORST ATTITUDE, STOIC, ARGUMENTATIVE, UNHELPFUL, NOT FRIENDLY AND MADE ME FEEL UNWELCOMED. My experience with her was absolutely shocking and unbelievable. Even though my family and I have been guests for over 20 years and especially after this Horrible Incident, I have no regrets affirming that my family and I will Absolutely NEVER check in there again. No guest should ever be treated like this upon arrival. I "Highly" Do Not Suggest This Hotel.👎

At check in guests were told breakfast was until 10. Kitchen staff took down at 9 and weren’t nice when told about the time. Paid for the premier suite that came with snacks. There were no snacks. Problematic as my husband came after work which was too late to go out. No USB chargers in the room. This day and age all rooms should have some way of charging via USB.

We arrived for a 3:00 check-in at 3:30 and were told it would be a while before we could check-in. This was after a 6-hour drive for us. Once in our room, the only way to turn off the loud fan connected to our heat was to turn off the thermostat entirely. The room above us seemed to use the bathroom every 15-20 minutes starting around 3:00 AM, and the noise from them flushing the toilet was enough to keep my wife up most of the night. The beds and other furniture were comfortable. I also don't understand why an additional $25 was charged to my card for incidentals when I paid for the room, when there were no snacks or any incidentals in the room for us to use.

Clean, comfortable, pleasant staff, large hot tub

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, Great sized hot tub
Location: Close to the airport
Very happy with the hotel and staff. Room was clean well appointed. We made res thru travelocity for 5 adults but travelocity neglected to catch the 5 adults part cuz we got a studio suite with king bed and sleeper sofa. Homewood staff had nothing available to accommodate our 5th adult to sleep on and no other rooms were avail. We bought an inflatable mattress and made it work. Homewood stated their system doesn't catch the need for a larger room when 5 adults are selected thru a site such as travelocity. Next time we'll just book thru the hotel or Hilton site. It was very tight and difficult to move around when all beds were out for use. Decent size indoor pool and great size hot tub (indoor). We would recommend and stay again.👍

Outstanding staff and meals.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, hotel staff
The location is great, within walking distance of plenty of places to eat. The hotel has good food and the the staff (from the front desk to the kitchen) was outstanding. On my next visit to Anchorage I without question stay at this Homewood.

The staff was very welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. The continintal breakfast has great. We will stay in the hotel again!
