Completely ignored

I called front desk for clean linen upon arrival due to one bed having hair all over the sheets and was ignored. The next morning I was trying to tell the receptionist the incident and to please have room cleaned with new linens and she straight up ignored me!!! When i got back i requested clean linens again but i had to clean my own room and switch out bed sheets! I then requested to at least have the dirty sheets taken away and was completely ignored.

Horrible I had drug addicts knocking at my door. I am a driver and need 8 hours off duty to relax and rest. I will never stay there again. Too many homeless and drug people around the property.

My wife and I have not stayed here for a while because there were better hotels that accepted our dog for a little extra cost, and a pipe broke which spilled water all over the floor. However, no other hotels were available, so we decided to go back to Motel 6, which was the worst decision we could have made. First, I understand I could have read the description of the parking cost, but who does Motel 6 think they are to charge for parking per day with no security? I could assume they are making extra money, but how could they not improve anything yet, knowing they are making more income? Our room was fine, the only problem was the bathroom sink. The bathroom sink just poured out a little bit of water and did not function as a proper sink. Lastly, my mother and brother n law, had a room above us and they had one cockroach, one mosquito, and a clogged bathroom. Yes, they could have went to the lobby to get another room, but a room we are paying for should be ready for guest with no problems. Motel 6 did reimburse their parking fee. Overall, this Motel 6 needs to step up with the quality of their motel if they are going to charge for parking.

NOT IMPRESSED-NEEDS LOTS OF UPGRADES

The room was clean but outdated. The mattress slid side to side on the platform bed every time you touched it. There was only 1 plastic hard chair in a room that slept 4. It was very uncomfortable to sit in. The tv remote didn't work well. The hot water in the sink took over 4 minutes to heat up. The plugs and usb port were bent so you had to plug things in just right.
