The rooms all said non smoking, for some reason my room had a certain smell like old smoke or mildew. The tv were flat screens but the channels came in scratchy and some channels sound didn’t work. The bed we had felt like it was worn out and leaning towards the middle like your sleeping on a little slope! I will personally not stay at the place again.

Close distance to Disneyland and the toy story parking lot. Definately more motel. Staff were kind. Breakfast was advertised as continental but really was more of a cereal or toast/bagel meal. There was orange juice and milk and water available. On the weekend they had hard boiled eggd available.

The room was clean and service was great at the front desk. Loved the breakfast options served in the morning and cleanliness of the breakfast room. I loved the lady that operated the service in the mornings - I just couldn’t remember her name to place in the review here. Very convenient walk to shuttle to Disneyland as well. Would definitely love to stay here again.

The hotel was located close to Disneyland and shopping locations. The room was clean and neat. The hot tub was cleaned and works great. Overall it was a good stay at the Anaheim carriage inn.

The breakfast was basic, however our last night I found a cockroach in the bathroom, spoke to office staff who referred me to the manager, I had to email her, she never contacted me back but had someone else reach out to me, said the would refund us 25% back for our troubles and it’s been close to 3 weeks now and still haven’t seen the refund

The room was clean and had everything we needed. We needed an accessible room but when we booked they weren't available, but when we arrived the staff was able to find one for us! That made our stay extremely comfortable!! They were very kind and extremely helpful.
