Somewhat satisfied.

The room was very hot. There was no air conditioning. The staff was very friendly and informative. The cleaning staff were not up to scratch and did a poor job. We left 2 euros tip every day, but that was, obviously, not enough. The location is pretty central and easy for public transport. I would not stay here in the summer again.

The hotel is in an excellent location. 5 min walk from the bus stop that comes from the airport. The front desk service was excellent very courteous and helpful.

The location of this hotel was perfect — just a 10-15 minute walk to many of the major attractions and neighborhoods, yet tucked away far enough from the noise and bustle to get a good night’s sleep. The room was a little stuffy due to hot summer weather and no AC, but at least the window could be opened wide.

Great hotel in good area

Great location - easy walk to most places. Staff friendly . Rooms clean and tidy although our bathroom was very small but clean and modern. No air con but they did have fan and windows that opened which made it nice temp. Beds and pilows very comfortable.

Comfortable Stay during Pride Weekend

Comfortable stay. It was close to pride route.Everything was within 20-25 minutes maximum by walk. The room didn’t have air conditioning and the tower fan was low so had to improvise. Staff is very friendly. I took the small double bed and it was still pretty spacious.

If I’m ever back in Amsterdam I will definitely stay here, I arrived hours before check in and they were able to put me in a room immediately! The value in terms of what you get is amazing, but the only “problem” is that there is no air conditioning but I’m used to being warm&the weather was a little chilly while I was there so it didn’t matter to me at all but I know for some people that can be a deal breaker. It was my first time solo traveling and I felt extremely safe here, the location is perfect and I was able to walk everywhere besides the airport. The price was amazing too, the original hotel that I booked was over double the price as this one! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Amsterdam, just keep in mind that there is no air conditioning (they do have fans in the rooms though)

Hotel was average. The bathroom was very small. The shower wall was not wide so everytime you showered you essentially soaked the entire bathroom floor. We also inadvertently would hit the lever for the shower when washing hair, etc, so the water would turn off constantly. Aside from the tiny bathroom, there was also a lack of outlets and mirrors in the room so you couldn’t get ready outside of the bathroom for someone else to be able to shower. Booking a quadruple room, obviously there would be multiple people needing to get ready. The pillows were hard. The entire hotel lacked an ice machine or opportunity to request ice, and no fridge in room, made it inconvenient to be able to eat or drink during our stay. Staff was phenomenal. Wouldn’t stay here again? Probably not.
