The location is easy to access transportation however the hotel itself is outdated. You cannot adjust the thermostat in the room because it’s a central system and we were cold at night.The beds were uncomfortable.

A good stay

The hotel is located right next to the Sloterdijk train station, which is super convenient. It's 1 station away from the airport and Central Station. It takes us 5 minutes only to get to Central Station. The room is spacious. Breakfast is standard. After checking out, we wanted to leave our luggage, but it cost €6/luggage, so we brought it to another location near the central station.

Check in and out were both simple and fuss free. Room was okay, could do with mini fridge and safe. Breakfast was a bit of a scrum as only one station instead of two parallel. Free drink perk was a nice touch though. Would stay here again, budjet hotel fairly well run.

Just returned from a week staying at the Holiday Inn Express. Excellent convenient location for access by train to the Airport and Central Amsterdam. The Continental breakfast has a nice variety of foods and extremely helpful staff. We arrived early from an international flight and Reception provided us with an early check in for 35 Euros extra. Regular check in is 3pm. Rooms facing the train station can be a bit noisy for obvious reasons. The grocery store beside the hotel has a wide range of foods and the restaurant called Hermes steps from the main Hotel entrance has excellent food and service.

Good for its price for two people

Good with scope for improvement on positives, clean hygienic with good breakfast and ok size room. Right next to train and metro station for easy transport to city, airport and central.

No so good. Had drawers in room too put your clothes. Only 5 hangers to hang clothes up, there was 2 of us. Had one day of room service, the only service we got was they changed the towels, didn’t clean, change bed sheets or even make the bed up. No phone in rooms.

It wasnt in a nice area. However vety good for public transport and a decent convenience store next to it. Restaurant next door looked ok, was busy. Room was ok, no milk for tea/coffee. Only 2 teabags so unable to have morning tea... Bleach stains on the carperts in room and along corridors.

It's a good place to stay

The hotel is quite good.They give you the choice to have a free drink a day instead of your room cleaned.Which saves them money . The one thing I did not like was a 6 euro charge to leave your bag if you have a later flight like me.I think it should be part of the service if you have stayed with them

Property was fine, room temperature control not working (constantly 21C), noisy outside window from late night revellers and nightclub (LoFi?) across the way into 6 am. Couldn't close window as it was too hot.

The hotel is in a brilliant location just one stop to Amsterdam Central Easy for the airport and bus terminal there too. Staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. Room very comfortable, spacious enough and clean. Good continental breakfast Free drinks rather than towel change good idea. One small disappointment having to pay to leave luggage due to flight times, after check-out- €3 euros per person not terrible jyst unexpected I'd highly recommend the hotel brilliant value so thank you!!

Straightforward hotel. Clean/updated bathrooms, fresh paint is desperately needed in the rooms. One stop from airport and one stop from Amsterdam Central. Nothing too interesting in walking distance. Bikes were not in great shape but able to rent directly from hotel.

It was fab we opted to not have our room serviced every day and were given a token for e free drinks at the bsr, which was great. We did opt not to have our room serviced 1 day out of the 3 and that was disappointing beds were made and new towels but no new milk or tea bags which meamt we werent able to have a drink for the last day and dirty cups and glasses left in the room and not replaced. Hiwever staff incredibly friendly and breakfast fab.
