Kind,friendly and helpful staff. But the hotel and room were atrocious, tv didn't work most of the time,the windows when closed didn't lower the volume from outside, no on suite, the room was tiny for a double and numerous suspect stains on the curtains !

Need to improve their attendance we didn’t get enough towels. Towels for our foot were absen. The shower doesn’t have wall, the water leak into the bedroom floor. Lot of noise from the streets too expensive for the place.

Our room has a very good view, clean, and well organized. The staff are really friendly and helpful, they helped us carry our luggage upstairs since there is no elevator in the building. The only improvement I would suggest is putting a mirror in the room, preferably one we can check our outfits out. Thank you!

The staircase was so steep and it felt deceiving because we didn’t know about it, however the front desk man was a gem of a human being. My friend couldn’t walk to the next flight of stairs so he made arrangements for us so we could be on the lower level, he was very kind to us and did a great job making us feel welcome, and he helped us with our bags. The hotel itself was okay but I loved the front desk man, I don’t want to type his name wrong but he was a nice Italian man.

I didn’t mind the area but my room was near the shared toilet, not only was it quite off putting being able to hear people but when they flushed it gurgled the trap for my shower and scared the life out of me; woke me up several times during the night, and then you have to listen to everyone use the keypads to get back into their rooms all night… I really didn’t have a nice stay

Convenient location and good vibes

Very welcoming and attentive. The man in reception was friendly and was willing to offer extra towels/pillows if requested. The bathroom and communal areas were clean. The bed was very comfortable too - I had a double and it took up the room. It didn’t bother me but it might others if they need space. The accommodation is very convenient only a few mins from Centraal and loads of shops/bars nearby. This is no fault of the location but it can get quite noisy outside FYI.

Clean, Comfortable, and Centrally located

Hotel is only a short walk to the central train station. Location was perfect for us. You really get the city vibes staying at this hotel. Staff is friendly, respectful, and really wanted to make sure your stay was pleasant. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Only minor issue was that the shower could sometimes spike with hot or cold water. Otherwise, would recommend, and would return in the future
