"Huge place! For the price rooms were nothing special, small. The shower was scalding hot very hard to get it to a temperature that didn’t leave burns! Valet and bellman were very nice and very helpful. Room temperature was hard to keep cool."

"Beautiful older hotel, helpful staff. Excellent Bed! Breakfast was a challenge as they were understaffed and overwhelmed. Next door is another Marriott property with a Starbucks. The Hotel is close to the convention center and walking distance to the Arch and Cardinals baseball. Other than the area hotels, there was virtually no shopping or restaurants. Many boarded building and panhandlers, we didn't feel safe waling the area after dark."
