"Even though the parking is not on the facility, there’s staff took the car to the parking facility. We went during high season. 9/15/25 Staff called to make sure what time we were gonna get there they waited for us at the door-to make our stay pleasant. Great experience would do it all over again."

"The staff is absolutely wonderful—special thanks to Ximena, Baldemar and Tadeo for taking such great care of us. We loved the convenience of being within walking distance to everything. They gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and even helped us set up tours and winery visits. And of course, we can’t forget Pancho The Dog, the true star of the hotel, who always welcomed us with the best behavior like a true hotel owner. "
