We got room #1 it comes with no windows and very bad lighting, the hotel has three options for WiFi, none of which worked half the time, there was no hot water for the shower, no hand soap and it did not have a hair dryer despite saying it would in the booking.

Front desk staff were aloof and it felt like an imposition to ask a question. Cleaning staff is EXCELLENT. I am very atuned to cleanliness and our room, although very old, was spotless. We left after one night because although I knew there were stairs, I didn't know there would be 3 flights. That, coupled with the altitude (I live at sea level so the 6,000 foot elevation proved difficult), made it unpleasant. Also, there was nowhere to sit and relax between outings.

Hotel is located 2 blocks walking distance from all to see. Excellent location. Very cute and small hotel, the only thing I didn’t like , is there is no elevator to the second floor, And the stairs are steep not good with elderly. Be sure to ask for first floor in any case …

This little hotel is somewhat rustic but very clean, safe & quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Very bad wifi reception though. So it was hard to watch TV. On their hotel information it states that they have airport shuttle, which the absolutely done have to offer. But other than that, it’s a nice clean and cheap hotel to stay at.

Artistic small hotel in the center of the town. The room was kept clean every day, the rooms are large. I really would rexommend this hotel. They do give free bottles of water but it might be more helpful to have water in the common area that guests can help themselves to and refill water bottles to.

The hotel was quint. Our room was on the first floor, right off the dining area. I worried it was going to be loud but the restaurant closed at 8pm. The room was spacious for 3 adult women. We only spent one night so did not get to try their food but it smelled good. The coffee was delicious.

The property was beautiful and convenient, with kind staff. It was less than a 10 minute walk from almost everything I wanted to do in San Miguel de Allende, for a very affordable price. Would absolutely stay again!
