"The room was very clean, comfortable beds, and great lighting in the bathroom for us women. The modern bathroom is a plus with big shower and very nice toiletries. The room has both a/c and heating. We called front desk and they sent up help immediately for coffee machine and TV settings (user errors). Our bags were courteously taken up and downstairs. Location was 1/2 block from Cathedral and The Jardin which was excellent and put us in the middle of festival. We did not have any issue with noise. Immediately next door is a very good restaurant- Ojo de Agua - a hidden gem. They even delivered an amazing salmon salad to our room. The from desk is manned 24/7. The hotel is quaint, Spanish colonial and very clean and safe. We will definitely be staying here again. Love it!!"

"The hotel is located within convenient walking distance to the city center where much activity occurs, but far enough to preclude celebratory noise, especially during Dia de Los Muertos. Staff were helpful, thorough and friendly. The accommodations were clean, nicely decorated and modern while keeping a traditional Mexican feel. Breakfast wait staff were efficient and friendly and the menu provided many options."
