The staff was wonderful, very nice and quick to respond. The outlets by the bed are quite old and did not work with my travel adapter. I had to get an extension cord from the front desk in order to be able to use my breathing machine.

"The hotel is very nice and position excellent. Our room 935 did have its problems. The heating was stuck on max and the radiator cap did not turn it off. The tv remote did not work (I think batteries flat) and there was a wifi blackspot in the main bedroom. I told reception about the issues before i left and so i hope they addressed them, we got in late and were only staying one night so didnt let them know in real time. Wouldn’t let it stop me staying again but should be on a pre-let checklist. The suite could do with a fridge."
