"There was a very good breakfast. The room was clean. Loved the little bar. "

"I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. When I arrived, I was told that the property was oversold and that my confirmed reservation could not be honored. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of effort to resolve it. No alternative accommodations were offered, no assistance was provided in finding another hotel, and there was little acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. After a long day of travel, being turned away without support is unacceptable. Overbooking may happen, but how a hotel handles it is what matters—and in this case, the response was careless and unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience."

"Clean room. Some little things like the shower curtain need replaced - badly. Maybe a new point of sale service system. Check in was a pain because of that. Breakfast was blah - fake scrambled eggs as the headliner. I'll likely stay again since it's close to family I visit."
