Lady at desk wed pm wouldn't explain charges, to see why her quote was much higher than quoted y this site. I repeatedly asked for verification of charges, she kept responding she would rather cancel for me than argue. I didn't argue or get loud. I requested more proof of what I was being charged that made it more than hotels.com quoted. She insisted 5x that she would rather cancel it than answer my questions. I got tired and left to find another hotel.

Overall we really like this place. The Christmas decorations were a fun toucu and quite cute. Front desk was nice, rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

With so many options in Albuquerque, don’t chose this place. No TV all night & A/C-Heater unit didn’t have any knobs to change the temperature. Loud highway noises & not a lot of dining options nearby. They did check me in an hour early & breakfast was decent, but this is the case in most places. They are in the process of remodeling, but after 11 hours of driving, I just wanted to rest & watch tv. Staff was ok but not super friendly and seemed stressed . My advice…find somewhere else.
