The staff was always rude every time I asked for toilet paper and trash bags when I had my kids with me. The breakfast wasn't the best. All they had was cereal and toast. This isn't the best hotel to stay.i wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The room was clean. Plenty of parking and was free and the room had an air conditioner. However, the TV was not hooked up to any antenna or streaming so didn't work. No iron or ironing board and only one hanger for our clothes. The room was sparsely furnished and there were very few places to charge up cell phones or plug in laptop.

Check-in was sub par as attendant seemed more consumed with their phone call. Property is old and not well maintained. Room was very sparse, but fairly clean. Location is unbelievably noisy with cars racing, police and fire truck sirens. Would not stay here again.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and quiet environment, which made for a restful night’s sleep. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and the convention center. The complimentary breakfast option was a bonus. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I’ll definitely come back here on my next visit and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Poor check-in, terrible room, no breakfast.

Clerk initially said pets not accepted but called manager for approval. Room was located under a staircase with a large and full trashcan by our door. Clothes rod was hanging off the wall. Missing furniture (table & chairs). Power cords insufficient (stretched across to a power strip). We were moved to another room that was extremely improved. Why wasn't this offered first? Office did not open for breakfast. It was supposed to open at 8 am but was still closed when we left at 9:15 am.

It's an old, run down facility. The managers are nice enough but they lock the door to the lobby and have to open it for you to come in, and then they lock it again. Is the neighborhood that unsafe? Not much water pressure in the shower, frayed carpets, basically all on the lower end of acceptability. I would not recommend it.

Room wasnt clean toilet seat had black pubic hair onto of the toilet seat part u set on not lid seat was broken not attached to the toilet on one side more of the black hairs found in my bed several of them hung to sheets blankets I don't think the room was cleaned properly before I came. On a plus side it was remodeled decent looking interior.. all on what your looking for in a motel this one has plenty of whatever you want to do if you catch my drift around all on what it looking for it's there for a fact

Top end of central downtown.

Great location , top of central in downtown. Super soft comfy beds were the highlight. The motel is looking a bit tired but possibly having some update work. A warm welcome and budget friendly, safe & well located.
