Nice friendly staff. Hotel righr off I 90. Bed was good.In room jacuzzi was good. Room overall needs improvement. Wall paper peeling. Dirty in some area. Breakfast was modest but OK. Good for an overnight stay.

The bed was not very comfy - but the room was clean, and we had everything we needed. The shampoo and conditioner smelled amazing. the hotel was a little outdated but i liked the "vintage" look. We booked the hotel the night before, and it served its purpose.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. A couple of minor complaints. Had to ask for new towels all 3 nights we were there. The height of the ledge in the tub/shower is a challenge for older/disabled people. And be aware there is no elevator to the upper floors.

All around a very dissapointing stay. Hotel room was dirty. Bed sheets were stained and seemed uncleaded. The Washroom wall was dirty and the blinds were broken, the room joing door lock wasnt working properly either. The Outdoor pool was closed even though it said it was open upon booking. Also someone was smoking in there room and set the fire alarm at 2am in the morning. Had to evacuate! Just wouldnt stay here again. Front desk Staff were friendly and helpful the free breakfast was average. Just sharing this as I was dissapointed nothing was done to make the situation amy better Cheers

This was supposedly the last room available for the night. We had been driving 11 hours and needed a place to stay before we hit Buffalo, NY. Light bulb missing in the entryway, bathroom had dried splatter on the mirror and a dirty film on the counter. The tables were wobbly and the microwave was dirty inside. The parking lot had 2 broken down vehicles and a tent.

Small lumpy pillows, a strange odor permeated the place. Lousy coffee and breakfast choices. The bed was comfortable only because we had our own pillows. It was quiet. No smart TV. The workout room was the size of a bathroom. Not worth the money.

Pleasantly surprised!

We were just passing through and typically stay at the Marriott but due to the Bills being home for TNF all of the rooms were sold out but we're not sad because we found this little gem! We absolutely loved the staff, amazing people! The jacuzzi room was just what the dr ordered, too! We'll definitely stay here again!

The staff were attentive and kind. The room had a handicap shower which was fine but tthe water flooded the bathroom floor every time you showered making it bery slippery and u safe. The room was not overky clean amd we found a pill laying on floor by bed. Not a comforting feeling
