The door lock occasionally worked. The pop machine only takes cash and the office doesn't give change. All of the exterior appears in need of maintenance. The curtains won't close completely and have to be clipped with a hanger to keep them shut. Hot water takes longer than what should be expected. Breakfast/snack options were extremely limited.

I should have taken pictures. Breakfast is premade burritos from a big box store that you heat up with a microwave. Place is run down, there was an upgrade attempt, but it looks like the cheapest bid was selected. The pool was not functional and my kids asked to never stay here again.

I left early because the room was disgusting. Dead bugs, some sort of brown residue all over the sink, no surfaces looked to be wiped down. It was horrible. Got a new hotel asap.

Dissapointing, deteriating and unclean!

This place was so disappointing compared to the website description ! Besides the age of the property it was unkept and flat out dirty! The sink was clogged with something that came up when we used it. It had a foul smell. The curtains were torn and hanging down , most importantly they were covered with a black substance. The shower area was deteriated and not cleaned properly! We arrived late and were leaving early , we were very tired so we just stayed. But, it was not a good experience! The front desk person was very pleasant when we checked in! The bed was clean and comfortable. I informed the desk when I checked out about the sink, and was basically told that I just didn't push the button correctly to drain it.

Dirty, filthy!! Wall paper falling off wall. Blood in waste basket. No towels in bathroom. Chair was stained, bad! Curtains had pin holes in them. No help to get luggage up to the second floor. No elevator. Blood on bathroom walls and above entry door. Rug in room was nasty dirty. Grounds outside unkempt. Stairwell to room need a good sweeping. I will never stay at another Red Lion Inn.

The carpet was dirty, there were bits of paper under the bathroom sink. The door frame was gross. There was a red blob in the upper corner and marks all over. it needed a cleaning and paint. On the plus side the bed was nice and the breakfast and coffee was just right for me.

The lobby looked fine. Walking to our room was a little gross, the room its self - smelled gross, looked gross and was gross. There was a little it of blood in the bathroom on the floor, beard trimmings on the mirror, bed looked like people had sat on it, sheet were not clean, greasy handprints on the desk. Those are just a few things we noticed before we just got in our car and left.

This property is run down the sinks where dirty when we arrived and we found out why they could not drain. The shower where disgusting they really need to do a remodel on this hotel. for the cost of one night it was the worst we ever been in from expedia. You might want a expedia person go examine this hotel before you list it on your site

well there have been lots of bad reviews on this place. We stayed in room 236. It was clean and tidy. The lobby had lots of snack and the morning breakfast was more than adequate. The staff were good as well, friendly and helpful. I'm thinking that the owners are trying to upgrade the place, but it's still months away. If you can get a room in Missoula for under a 100$, that's a good deal.It worked for us, but we are not overly fussy.

It was supposed to be a king bed and it was a queen bed. We asked to have our room service the three days and nights we were there. It was only done on the last night. They changed our sheets and brought new towels. The door barely closed and so for that reason it wasn’t safe there is a bunch of erotic, acting people and Drug dealings going on. I did not feel very safe there and it was filthy and I will never go back and their phone didn’t work either so even if I needed it, I couldn’t have used it to call for safety.
