For a non-smoking property they are not being very diligent about preventing smoking. The first two rooms we tried both had strong smoke smells. The woman at the front was very embarrassed, helpful and kept trying for us. Third time was a charm

Loved the breakfast! That Lisa is a real asset! Her cinnamon apple waffles are scrumptious. She is really into hospitality. We also enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. Whenever we walked by the front desk we were greeted warmly; since it was Christmas there were often treats like cookies and peppermint candy canes!

Billing issues! Rude front desk "supervisor"

We stayed overnight from the 3rd to the 4th. We had one room and were paying for half of another room. Their staff charged my card 6 times Sunday morning BEFORE checkout, even though right on the bill of states YPU WONT BE CHARGED UNTIL CHECK OUT. I would of payed cash, but by the time I went to the desk my card had been charged and they withdrew and excess of $400 from my bank account that ended up overdrawing my bank account. I called today Tuesday because an extra charge has still not fallen off. I got a VERY rude response from the supposed "front desk supervisor" who clearly had no idea what he was taking about. I told him i wanted to talk to the gm which he rudely replied, she's not here. I asked when shed be back and he continued to say she's not here and then finally said she was in Wyoming. He finally stated shed be back next week at which point I ended the conversation and told him I'd be in contact with her. He continued to try and argue and I told him I'd contact her and hung up. What a bogus experience! I have worked for hotels as a front desk supervisor for the last 7 years and know how hotels work, but clearly this staff is ill taught. They knowingly charged my card in excess with out my permission on Saturday night. The hotel itself was ok. Decor was modern, breakfast was goodand the breakfast gal was super nice, but I doubt we will ever stay again due to the unknowledgable and rude staff that we encountered and the excess charges!!

Warm and Inviting

Great experience. The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast provided had scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, fruit, and lots of other options. I am not an early riser on weekend ends and it was nice that breakfast lasted til ten. Very clean and updated rooms.

Perfect stay for the Griz games :)

Pros: Convenience, clean & friendly staff.
Cons: N/A
Location: Close to good restaurants and easy to get to. Quiet area.
Perfect for Griz games as they are next door to Paradise Falls, which has four buses to take you to & from the game. $5 per person for a round trip & it only takes 10 minutes to get to the stadium. The rooms, pool & hot tub were very clean & the staff was great!
