Loved the breakfast! That Lisa is a real asset! Her cinnamon apple waffles are scrumptious. She is really into hospitality. We also enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. Whenever we walked by the front desk we were greeted warmly; since it was Christmas there were often treats like cookies and peppermint candy canes!

Billing issues! Rude front desk "supervisor"

We stayed overnight from the 3rd to the 4th. We had one room and were paying for half of another room. Their staff charged my card 6 times Sunday morning BEFORE checkout, even though right on the bill of states YPU WONT BE CHARGED UNTIL CHECK OUT. I would of payed cash, but by the time I went to the desk my card had been charged and they withdrew and excess of $400 from my bank account that ended up overdrawing my bank account. I called today Tuesday because an extra charge has still not fallen off. I got a VERY rude response from the supposed "front desk supervisor" who clearly had no idea what he was taking about. I told him i wanted to talk to the gm which he rudely replied, she's not here. I asked when shed be back and he continued to say she's not here and then finally said she was in Wyoming. He finally stated shed be back next week at which point I ended the conversation and told him I'd be in contact with her. He continued to try and argue and I told him I'd contact her and hung up. What a bogus experience! I have worked for hotels as a front desk supervisor for the last 7 years and know how hotels work, but clearly this staff is ill taught. They knowingly charged my card in excess with out my permission on Saturday night. The hotel itself was ok. Decor was modern, breakfast was goodand the breakfast gal was super nice, but I doubt we will ever stay again due to the unknowledgable and rude staff that we encountered and the excess charges!!

Warm and Inviting

Great experience. The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast provided had scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, fruit, and lots of other options. I am not an early riser on weekend ends and it was nice that breakfast lasted til ten. Very clean and updated rooms.

Perfect stay for the Griz games :)

Pros: Convenience, clean & friendly staff.
Cons: N/A
Location: Close to good restaurants and easy to get to. Quiet area.
Perfect for Griz games as they are next door to Paradise Falls, which has four buses to take you to & from the game. $5 per person for a round trip & it only takes 10 minutes to get to the stadium. The rooms, pool & hot tub were very clean & the staff was great!

In Need Of Repairs

Checked into 1st room and, checking it out, found the shower door would not latch closed. So if we were to shower, we would flood the bathroom floor. Advised the desk clerk and she moved us across the hall into another room. The 1st room smelled bad also but since the clerk was going to move us anyway, I didn't mention it to her. The carpeting in the 2nd room was squishy wet in the corner that appeared to share a wall with the maintenance room in the swimming pool room. But we figured all we wanted was to get some sleep and it was late so we just said to heck with it and went to bed. Plenty of motels in Missoula so ... stay elsewhere.

Awsome!

Big room, newer hotel so comfortable bed and newer furnishings. Everything was clean. Huge breakfast with lots of choices, although the hours on the weekdays are short can't sleep in too much. Overall a nice stay.

Great Place to stay!!!

My family and I stayed here in on our way through Montana. When we checked in the desk clerk was very friendly telling us about local places to eat that were kid friendly (we had a 14 month old) for lunch the next day. Also told us that the resturant next door was still open (it was late). My first job was as a housekeeper so the first thing I do is check the room and make sure it is clean, our room was one of the cleanest in our entire trip. I had no problems letting my son play on the floor. We got breakfast in the morning and there were many healthy options that even my son could have. After breakfast we used the hot tub and pool facilities and I was amazed at how clean it was in the pool area. They provided special pool towels and even had some swim toys if we wanted to get them. At check out they were great even telling us the local road reports for the direction we were going (if you have even driven through MT in January you will understand why that is important). Overall a GREAT stay! WILL GO BACK AGAIN!!!
