Room was very clean and did not have that perfumed smell that you find in motels. Had a dog along and was glad to have it in the room at a reasonable price. Bathroom was a bit small and would have preferred a walk in shower rather than a tub but water rate was good. Fridge and microwave in room came in handy.

Good location right off I90, lots of food options nearby that are easy to get in and out of. Only down fall was the shower didn’t get hot, the bathtub didn’t drain and there was hair in the drain. Everything else was pretty clean and tidy and the breakfast was pretty good.

Excellent stay!

Excellent hotel. It was clean, and breakfast was good. It offered eco-friendly provisions, from the product dispensers in lieu of guest-sized products, to the shower curtain made of recycled material. There was only one small problem: no soap at the bathroom sink. The hotel offered only body lotion in the dispenser. The desk said a mistake had been made in ordering and rooms were the same. They really needed a hero employee to acquire guest soaps until their new dispenser product arrived.

I really liked the young man that checked me in. Very courteous. When I came back from dinner he even welcomed me back which to say never happens when I stay places..so he is a keeper. I wish I remembered his name but assuming you can figure it out by when I checked in.

The sleeping area (main part of the room) was recently renovated. However, the sink area and bathroom needs renovation (just older sink, tub, toilet, and they are dated). But the shower worked well; I like a separate light/fan switch in bathroom, as the constant fan running when you turn on light can be noisy in the night. Overall, though, the convenience, value, and great staff made up for the minor inconveniences with sink and bath area.

There was blood and hair on the sheets. The front desk guy stripped the bed and brought new bedding, but it was still a gross experience. The bathroom is outdated, with a rusty metal ironing board jammed in it. Needs updating and better cleaning services.
