Affordable place to stay. Convenient because we were on a road trip and packed our own food. Just make sure to bring your own pots, pans and cooking supplies. Many construction workers use this facility as a place to stay. Very nice and clean and great price vs other hotels in Missoula!

Made reservation, confirmed by property and Expedia. Arrived for check in and was told that they were overbooked and got turned away. I am expecting a total refund, I haven’t seen it yet.

Could have used a room cleaning mid week of my stay for fresh towels and linens. The coffee machine went out of service on day 2 of my stay..disappointing. Next time I will want a room away from the front hotel parking lot and preferably on 2nd or 3rd floor. Too loud on the first floor and too bright early in the morning. Needs curtains in the room to help with bright early morning sun.

We showed up to check in late and nobody was working- we went to use the virtual log in and it would not scan any of my documents. We ended up having to leave and book another place as we could not get a key at all…

One of the main reasons I booked this room was for the kitchen. I travel for work and prefer not to eat out. The kitchen had no kitchenware to use. It stated kitchenware was for sale at the front desk, when I went to buy them, they didn't have any available. I have traveled for work for 30 years and have never encountered a hotel that supplied a kitchen with no kitchenware. They did not supply a coffee maker, no ironing board or iron, no toiletries and no soap. Did not have a good experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to travelers.

After booking a room 7 days in advance and checking in online 24 hours in advance, we arrived at 6:00 pm. Then the front desk attendant informed me, "I see your reservation, but we have no availability." She explained that they had overbooked and since we booked our room through Expedia, they would not accommodate us.
