Room wasn’t dirty but not sparkling clean either. Shower handle falls off and drain kept closing during my shower. We had difficulty finding the street in the dark. Hotels nearby looked much nicer. Manager who checked us in was very friendly and pleasant. Downtown Hampton looked WAY nicer from the outside.

Bathroom was dirty; thick dust, large brown stain in bathtub, black hairs here, there and in my towel. The rest of hotel very clean. Thin walls so every noise from other rooms and hallway could be heard clearly. I appreciate the value pricing, room availability and location and would stay here again based on that.

Right off the main strip of Wolf Rd, so there are plenty of dining options, and the airport is less than two miles away. As for the property and room, they were excellent. The room smelled nice, was clean, and very quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the TV was huge. Shower was nice, and water got as warm as I wanted it. Breakfast was surprisingly great—lots of hot options (it was a southern-style breakfast when I was there: biscuits and gravy, boiled eggs, and potatoes), plus plenty of bakery items and the usual pancakes and waffles. The coffee was great too. I would absolutely stay here again if I'm in Albany. Thank you!

Excellent staff! the hotel is in decent shape. This is my second time staying there and I have no complaints other than the air-conditioning smell smells like mold. This is after switching from another own word also at that smell. That’s to be expected in a humid area would imagine some maintenance needs to be done. I would stay here again, though this is a perfect location and again the staff was top-notch.

I travelled with 3 other women. Everything about the experience was very nice. There was a couple of teams of youth boys that arrived at breakfast at the same time as us. The coaches were not strict with the unruly young men… other than that NO complaints!!!! I would definitely stay here again!!!
