I stayed in room 102. My only complaint is the hand held shower head would not stay up on it's pole, so when not being held. it was about 3' from the floor. Otherwise, very nice.

Fairly clean room other than a spot of mold on the trim near the shower and a scuff on the toilet and on the floor by the fridge, hot tub was nice, but there was no lock on the door other than the keyless entry. Would have felt safer with an internal deadbolt.

This hotel is pet friendly and did not charge an extra fee for our furbaby! We had a couple of issues with a light not turning on, and the t.v. remote not working quite right. The manager came to our room and quickly and efficiently fixed both issues. She was friendly and professional. Check in-check-out processes were easy. The hotel is close to restaurants and right next to the main road. This was a very pleasant stay for us, and if we are in that area again, we will not hesitate to stay here again.

The bed was awful. It had some sort of plastic pad under the sheet and everytime you would roll over it squeeked. Just horrible. And the pillows were so overstuffed they were hard. No way to shape them around a shoulder, neck, head or even lay a leg over them. They were big, round and hard. Great for leaning against when sitting on the bed, though!

Could not find the check-in for 5 minutes. No Sign. 4 office. Feel like I'm a hotel instead of a lodge. 2 got dollars for coffee. If you wanted one in the lobby No hair dryer to blow , your hair dry. Had to pick up hair wash and your. Soap off the floor of the shower. No shelf for it. The mattress is wore out. A big bow in it. For a lodge, very, very disappointing.

Nice Hotel - Spectacular Scenery Nearby

Beautiful Hotel overall. Spacious, comfortable, clean. Nicely designed. But, a few things - But, no luggage stands, very small drinks in the bar for high prices. Sadly, had to ask at the desk for a hair dryer because too many get stolen from the rooms. Another note is that there are few options for food nearby, and no gas stations or other stores. Thanks to the desk clerk for recommending a short drive to Beaver Creek Road where the scenery is spectacular, especially in the Fall when the aspen trees are glowing neon yellow!

We liked the convenience of the location. The motel was renovated very nicely! The bed was comfortable and the hammock was a unique touch! The only thing i think could have been done a little better is the bathroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
