Perfect stay. Location is ideal, walking distance to Akumal or to Yal-Ku, very near a couple of good restaurants. Beach is quiet with easy snorkel access. Third-floor is very nice and private, we rarely heard any other tenants. View is spectacular. We spent a lot of time on the balcony taking in the view. Wifi, tv and everything in the kitchen worked great. Shower had good pressure. Furniture was all comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. Communication with the host, building manager and housekeeping was all warm and friendly. They had no issue coordinating grocery delivery so it was there when we arrived. We stayed for the first week of March. The beach had some sargassum, which varied a lot depending on wind. Quite a bit more to the north of us and very little to the south. Workers came to clear it daily. I appreciated being on the third floor as I think it would reduce any smell. (We don’t notice any odor at the property, but there was a smell to the north.) We loved the place and are already discussing when we can return.
