Luxury Hacienda Home in the Heart of Ajijic

This beautiful, remodeled home is a perfect location to enjoy family time, you are 1 1/2 blocks from the Centro area of Ajijic. Relax by the pool or read a book overlooking the mountains.
Private home, but located very central to shops, restaurants, and walking distance to Lake Chapala.
All 5 bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, and you will rest with black out curtains.
The house ample space for all your guests to enjoy. The house can host up to 15 guests comfortably. In 2024, the property has been updated to give it a modern look, but still keeping the traditional hacienda feel. There are new black out curtains, new sheets, the whole house has been repainted, and we have added a foosball table upstairs. We currently have Alex who is our Housekeeper staying at the property in an apartment at all times. She is only there for check-in and to check out guests but can answer any questions.
We DO NOT ALLOW ANY PARTIES OR EVENTS AT THE PROPERTY!

Ajijic wedding weekend

The Casa Caroline Bella is a beautifully maintained house, perfect for our son's wedding that took place near by at the Garden of Dreams Boutique Hotel. It provided a great place for family and friends to meet, visit and relax between all the wedding events. The house is also close to the center of the town so we were able to walk everywhere. Everyone loved it!

Casa Caroline Bella is a wonderful property. It feels specious with all 15 of us. Each bedroom is roomy and clean. Blackout curtains provide ultra comfort for beauty sleep. The property manager kept the pool clean and perfect temperature. We cooked, played games, and spent most days at the house. It's centrally located -walking distance to the town center. Love love love this place.
