Comfy bed and friendly staff.

The nicest staff you would ever meet. From the front desk staff to the breakfast staff to the housekeepers, they were always extremely helpful and friendly. The king bed we slept in was so comfortable that we didn't want to get up. Highly recommend this hotel.

Few minutes walk from downtown, this is a great place to rest up during a vacation. Breakfast was great and the staff was awesome! I would recommend to anyone!

Bed bugs and poor management

This is the single worst holiday inn express I have ever encountered. The management are liars, they gaslight you, bed bugs and they charge your card without authorization. DO NOT STAY HERE if you have other options.

The staff was very friendly and eager to help and the breakfast was very good. Unfortunately the hotel was a bit shabby and hasn't aged very well. I found the pictures were misleading and unfortunately there were drug users in the parking lot, not sure if the hotel can really do anything about that though.

Holiday Inn is horrible

Worst stay yet. Holiday Inn is horrible. Told there was ample parking. Got there and no spots at all. Had to pay $30 to park across the street. Checked in and room was beside the elevator. All night all you could hear was the elevator or the street noise , sirens and construction. If that didnt wake you up the heater / air conditioner unit was so loud it woke you up every time it came on. Never stay with Holiday Inn again
