Ended up having to check out due to a sports team that was staying there with many young, unattended kids who were filling the hallway, playing hockey, loud music and smashing into our wall and door. My husband was hit with a flying object just trying to get into our room. The parents were in the parking lot visibly drinking in a crowd, the staff was aware of all of this happening as the kids were running in and out the front lobby doors. The side door inside and outside had TONS of dead and alive beetle bugs, as well as the pool area had love bugs crawling around.

Great Staff, Rehab is just average

Staff were very friendly and wanted to do a good job. They were attentive especially the "breakfast lady". She made sure things were filled and clean. The check in was smooth and friendly but we had a problem with the lock on the first room we were given, after a few attempts he moved us to another room. The room itself was clean and spacious but the shade pull was broken, not a big deal as we got in late. The cooling system needs some attention. The room was muggy so we turned the a/c down and it was okay for awhile but the humidity in the room just was crazy. I let the front desk know in the morning about the cooling system and shades needing to be serviced. The rehab they did on the building is okay, but think they need to invest in a better HVAC system for comfort of guests.
