"The room felt really dirty. The towels and sheets were visibly dirty. The air in the room did not work. The shower would overflow into the bathroom, causing to have to use all towels to clean up mess. The hotel was located super far from the parking garage resulting in a 15 minute walk."

I been back three times and now dont want to go anywhere else. The level of service from roebrto, Luciano Marco and the rest of the crew is a credit to the hotel for making the hotel feel very welcoming, they treat you with respect and they treat you like a normal human unlike other hotels I been to in the past. So for me I cannot express more than the love I give to this hotel. Its a massive credit and they have a great team in place which provide the service people look for."
