Property is easy to locate and is less than 1 hour from the Kotoka International Airport. About 20 minutes or less to the Junction Mall and walking distance to Fridays Pub, which is a popular place for good Ghanaian food . Proximity to the beach, the Tema Port,the Celebrity golf course, and the Regional Maritime University
