My third time staying here and I have regretted it each time. This time, I had booked for 5 days but cancelled and left after day 1. They always have chaotic check-in. The building had several managers/agents. They never check you in on time. for the three times I have stayed there over the course of two years, they only get to clean the room after I arrived - I had to wait for 45 minutes after the 2pm check-in time. You get to the reception and they will take 30 mins just to get your particular agent only to be told to wait for the apartment to be cleaned. Their service is poor! Also, there is almost nobody to help you with anything. The people at the reception will tell you they do not manage those apartments and the respective manager is always 'on the way coming'. I will never book these apartments again. But hey, on the bright side - everything works. The apartments are clean and it is in a great location.

This specific location seems to have a younger crowd that has made it less quiet. Even though my bed was made daily when I got back to the room, no new towels were provided. After calling for fresh towels, I was handed one and told that is the limit. Besides that, the place was nice.

My stay at the property was not quite as expected. The room did not reflect the level of luxury described, and there were a few safety concerns that need attention. The iron in my room, for example, had a damaged cord that was taped over rather than being replaced, leaving parts of the wire exposed — which was unsafe. The iron also heated up excessively, and without any warning labels, it unfortunately burned my shirt within seconds of use. In addition, the power went out in my room for over an hour before it was restored. While the apartment complex itself was beautiful and had potential, I was disappointed with the condition and maintenance of my unit. With a few improvements, this could be a much better experience for future guests.

I truly enjoyed my stay here! The space felt cozy and welcoming, and everything was neat and well-kept exactly as described in the listing. The host, Nana Ama, was super kind and made sure I had everything I needed, which made me feel right at home. Great location too, close to everything but still peaceful. I’d happily book again anytime! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

I enjoyed my week long stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. Communication was simple and staff responded quickly. The location was close to the Accra Mall and many restaurants. Uber and Bolt food delivery was easy to order from there. Also, there was a restaurant on the property that had the best jollof rice. Will definitely recommend.

Stayed for 10 nights. Staff was pleasant, however they do not wear uniforms which makes it difficult when someone knocks on your door to know if it’s staff or not. I found the bedsheet with stains and it took several hours for someone to come replace sheets
