This is an excellent hotel for Guggenheim Museum. Clean, courteous, close and well appointed. One of the best hotels we have stayed during our month long tour of Spain and Portugal. A bit pricey, but then everything in Bilbao is.

When I got down there was nothing -asked at reception and he just rolled his eyes and begrudgingly got a coffee machine out and then went for some some very lukewarm milk tutting so I could basically make an almost cold coffee No food so paid for a breakfast I couldn’t have Corridors were very enjoy and noisy but bed v comfortable and food generally good No extractor fans in bathroom it wasn’t working if was present and bath handrail rusty and hanging off the wall"
