"AC not working well to cool room down - Typical German hotel struggle in the summer. Get room on lower level near lobby for best chance to stay cool. Staff very nice and professional. Clean hotel. Decent parking, but $10 extra per day."

There was no accommodation for an early check in. Hotel main elevator was down to one of two which was manageable, then the second one was not operable for several hours. We would still use this hotel but some better communication and better maintenance is required."
